Does the umbrella come with a weighted base included?
The package comes with a cross metal base stand. However, for safety and maximum stability, a heavy weighted base plate or sandbags (NOT included) are strictly required to weigh down the cantilever structure properly.
How do the solar LED lights operate?
There is an eco-friendly solar panel located right on top of the umbrella hub. It automatically charges the built-in batteries during the day under the sun. You can turn the lights on and off at night using the switch located on the main pole.
Can I leave the umbrella open during storms or heavy winds?
While the dual-top wind vent greatly improves wind resistance and air circulation, we strongly recommend closing and securing the canopy with the storage strap during extreme windstorms, heavy downpours, or when not in use.
Is the fabric canopy easy to clean and maintain?
Yes. The solution-dyed fabric features a dirt-repellent coating. For basic maintenance, simply brush off loose dirt or hose it down with clean, fresh water. Allow the fabric to air dry completely before folding it up.
